2025 Year-End Campaign
One Mission, Endless Impact
See the Difference You Make
At Combat Blindness International, every program we support, whether it’s providing cataract surgeries, training women in eye care, or bringing vision screenings to children, connects back to one mission: preventing blindness.
As we close out the year, join us in celebrating the impact we’ve made together and help ensure that sight-saving care continues in the year ahead.
Your donation to our Year-End Campaign: One Mission, Endless Impact directly supports the flexibility we need to expand care, respond to emerging needs, and empower communities both locally and globally.
Your Impact in Action
When you give to Combat Blindness International, your impact reaches:
Madison, Wisconsin: through the Bright Eyes Vision Van, bringing free vision care directly to students.
India: through the Aadya Initiative and COP Program, empowering women and expanding access to skilled eye care.
Paraguay: through pediatric screenings that help children see clearly and thrive in school.
Worldwide: through sight-restoring cataract surgeries that transform lives.
Pediatric Screening
Meet a student from Madison who recently had her eyes screened using Welch Allyn screening devices donated by CBI. Her results showed healthy vision, and she’ll be screened again next year to ensure her eyesight stays strong.
Regular screenings throughout childhood are key to catching vision problems early, helping every student learn and thrive.
Your support makes these moments possible. Join us in building a future where every child can see clearly and dream bigger.
COP Program

Through the COP Program, young women are trained in ophthalmic care, gaining the skills and confidence to serve their communities while addressing the shortage of allied health professionals. Supported by CBI, the program not only restores sight for patients but also empowers women to build sustainable careers in healthcare.
The Aadya Initiaitve
In this photo, an Aadya screener conducts a pediatric eye screening inside a young boy’s home. Through the Aadya Initiative, trained women go door to door in rural communities across India to identify vision problems early and connect patients with the care they need.
These women not only help prevent blindness but also build trust within their communities while bringing essential eye care directly to families who might otherwise go unseen.
