Working with the Children's Health and Welfare Foundation, a non-profit organization based in the United States, CBF has provided support for cataract surgeries for 61 patients. More importantly for this project, CBF supported the screening of 24,597 children and provided vitamin A for those at risk of developing Xerophthalmia, a blinding condition caused by vitamin A deficiency.
