CBF's biggest project to date is the development of an International Eye Care Center in India. Our mission is to develop an eye care program that will provide high quality, comprehensive care that will be made available and accessible to all segments of the society.
Main Objectives of the project: To develop: a modern eye hospital that will provide state-of-the-art tertiary eye care, a community eye care program to cover underserved areas in the region, a training center for eye care professionals, a program for the rehabilitation of the incurable blind and visually handicapped. Updates on the development of this Center will be provided continuously on the website. |

Beginning in 2001, CBF began supporting eye screenings and free cataract surgeries in the Jodhpur region. With support from CBF, approximately 24,000 patients have been screened and free cataract surgeries have been provided for 3,897 patients. |

Beginning in 2001, CBF has collaborated with Shroff Charity Eye Hospital to provide 2,796 free cataract surgeries to needy patients. |

In 1987, CBF began collaborating with Sitapur Eye Hospital. Since that time, CBF has supported the screening of 161,332 patients and cataract surgery for 37,885 patients. CBF has also supported the Total Eye Care Project. As part of this project, free cataract surgery and glasses were provided to patients. |
